The copyright holder of the entire Hungarian Electronic Reference Service (MERSZ) database is Akadémiai Kiadó Zrt. Different kind of textbook are published for higher education.
The repertoire of the publisher includes previously unpublished or inaccessible works of Hungarian philosophy and historical translation literature. It also publishes the works of contemporary Hungarian philosophers, historians and social scientists.
The Korda Publishing House, founded by Judge Ferenc Xavér, a saintly Jesuit, was operated by the Society of the Daughters of the Heart of Jesus (now called the Society of the Heart of Jesus). He was one of the most significant book publishing companies between the two world wars, when he experienced the renewal of Hungarian Catholic life. From its founding in 1919 to the dissolution of the monastic orders in 1950, he produced a number of publications on spirituality, helping the family, and youth in his own printing press and distributed it in shops in many parts of the country.
We recommend this database to students and educators majoring in Scandinavian studies, in which one can find more than 300 full-text classical literary works. It can be read online or downloaded to a tablet.
