At the second quarterly report of the K21 Quality Coordination Committee 2022, the leaders of the working groups reported on the results of the past quarter, ongoing work and changes.

The evaluation of the Quality Improvement Report and the Non-Compliant Services reports have been completed.
On the 7th of June 2022, an awareness-raising training for ELTE librarians was successfully held in the Ecseri út building of the Faculty of Special Education, organised by the Accessibility Working Group. The presentations focused on the library needs of students with different special needs. The presentations were followed by a discussion, exchange of experiences, sharing of good practices and the opportunity to try out support tools.

The members of the Primary Research working group have started analysing the 2022 student needs and satisfaction survey and plan to prepare a survey on the use of electronic content.

A summary of the process audits carried out in 2021 in the Process Management Working Group has been completed and the suggestions for process improvements included in the summary are being collected. The group is working on the task of modifying the process audit form and the description template. The process inventory for the ELTE University Library and Archives has been completed.

An article has been published on our website and a short summary film entitled 3 months – 3 minutes was sent out about the results achieved by the working groups. Our Kolibri mailing list was used to keep our staff informed about the latest information and community programmes. The Library Café offered an opportunity to exchange good practices with staff from abroad.
The collection and organisation of material for the "virtual Green Library" is in progress. As part of the document organisation project, documents of high priority have been archived.

The library managers and the heads of the ELTE University Library and Archives attended a management training course on the 14th and the 15th of June 2022 with the support of the National Cultural Fund. At their regular meetings, they discussed, among other things, the archiving and provision of theses, the criteria for the 2023 EISZ subscription and the Librarian Day event.

During the meeting, the analytical groups for the preparation of the new strategy of the University Library Service reported on their work and plans.
